Accomplishments include:
 Establishment of a competitive semiconductor start-up for Networking and Telecom, presenting an innovative business plan and attracting attention from major semiconductor players
 Negotiation and signing of strategic partnership agreement between Novanet and Ericsson Components, resulting in $7.5M investment by Ericsson
 Building full semiconductor capability and design methodologies in 14 months through selective recruiting of professionals, resulting in a highly robust design team that successfully completed first-round development of ATM 155Mbps chip 
 Management of multiple parallel development projects for ultra high speed environments, including 2.5Gbps ATM, resulting in a wide industry interest in Novanet’s products and capabilities
 Negotiation and signing of a merge and acquisition agreement between Novanet and Conexant Systems - $155,000,000 deal in cash and stock

 Establishment and building of Novacom Inc., Novacom’s US marketing and sales operation resulting in sales in the US of over $5,000,000.
 Reaching an agreement on a joint development project with Cabletron Systems, resulting in sales to additional major Networking vendors.
 Establishment of Novacom’s reputation as a world leader in PHY solutions for Token Ring and AS/400 environments resulting in total sales to date of over $12M
